Recommend CEO Approval Business Outlook
I worked at Jones PT Physical Therapy and Physical Training full-time [1-2 years]
Pros
Good pay. Good benefits. Room for growth in the company. Good culture.
Cons
No real cons. I really enjoyed working here.
Advice to Management
I joined this company as a new grad in the height of the pandemic in 2020. While it was a scary time, it gave me experience with working with patients virtually and eventually we transitioned to treating patients in person again. As a new grad in outpatient. This company gave me fair pay and benefits which I can’t say I would have gotten from a large chain physical therapy clinic. The owner was very patient with me and helped to give me the confidence to treat patients competently and effectively. She gave me the autonomy to treat patients and was not overbearing. The company is small but intimate. truly felt like I had a family at work. I had to leave due to a personal issue. but would definitely recommend this company to other physical therapists.

I worked at Jones PT Physical Therapy and Physical Training full-time [3-4 years]
Pros
At the forefront of patient interactions, my time at the front desk was nothing short of enlightening. I had the privilege of being the initial point of contact for patients. and it was here that I learned the true value of empathy and effective communication. Every interaction was an opportunity to make a positive impact on someone's day. and I took that responsibility to heart.
What stood out most was the emphasis on patient-centric care. The facility's commitment to ensuring each patient felt valued and cared for left an indelible mark on me. I witnessed firsthand the difference a warm greeting or a reassuring smile could make in someone's healthcare journey.
Cons
Only con during my tenure. this was not a time clock system in place.
